Static eCatalogue:

What is it?

A static ecatalogue is Buck & Hickman product data hosted on our customers own or 3rd party system.

Content:
Pricing is set to the agreed contracted terms
Content can be restricted to sub sets of Buck & Hickmans complete range

Procure Manager Website:

What is it?

A Procure Manager Website is a bespoke website which allows customer's with more than one buyer to manage the requisition process, by using company administrator(s) and designated company approver(s).

Content:
Pricing is set to the agreed contracted terms
The product ranges that are visible on the website can be adapted easily, by the customers company administrator contacting a member of the B&H Value Added Services team.

Users:
The customers company administrator has full access to create and amend each users profile

Requisitions/Orders:
When a requisition is submitted it is first sent to the assigned approver(s), which allows for complete visibility and traceability of any orders sent. It also allows for recommendations where an order may need to be modified. Once approved the requisition is converted to an order.

Direct Buy Website (equivalent to a Punchout/Roundtrip website):

What is it?

A B&H Direct Buy Website is a bespoke website which integrates seamlessly into the customers own system eg SAP, Oracle or chosen B2B portal provider

Content:
Pricing is set to the agreed contracted terms
The product ranges that are visible on the site can be adapted easily, by the customer’s company administrator contacting the B&H Value Added Services team.

Users:
User information is passed directly from the customers own system/B2B portal provider, so users don’t need to remember login details.

Requisitions/Orders:
When a requisition is submitted, it is sent back into the customers own system/B2B portal where addition information and any approval processes can take place. This allows for complete traceability from within the customers own setup. Once approved, the requisition is converted and the order is sent to Buck & Hickman.

This system allows Buck & Hickman to receive purchase orders from our customers in various formats including XML (all variants), xCBL. The orders are automatically routed to our branch network to process.

Email

What is it?

Buck & Hickman can receive purchase orders from our customers either as attachments or in the body of an email via our chosen email client

What are the benefits?

What is it?
