Adding products to your shopping basket
There are a number of ways to add your chosen products to the shopping basket on the Buck & Hickman website. You can use the basket to either make a purchase or create a speculative basket to use as a quotation.
Selecting items from the catalogue
The catalogue has been designed to bring you the most relevant results quickly. You may quickly add products to your basket from the catalogue view by entering your preferred quantity in the box next to the product summary and clicking on 'add'. You can change the quantities again when viewing the basket.
Adding products from within the basket
You can also add products to your basket whilst already viewing the basket itself. Simply enter the order code, the quantity you require and then click on 'Update basket'.
Quick Buy/Add
Quick Buy is a popular feature situated on our homepage. Enter the manufacturer part code or Buck & Hickman order code and quantity and click on 'Add To Basket'.
Quick Paste
Quick Paste is an advanced bulk upload tool for adding large quantities of products quickly. You can create your items in a spreadsheet and then copy and paste them into the Quick Paste box. The link for Quick Paste is shown in the left hand navigation.
Format for using Quick Paste: Part Code, Quantity
Product / Catalogue Quantity (QTY) Add Box
Next to each product in the main catalogue listing you will see a quantity box. Use this and click on 'Add' to quickly add products to the basket without losing your current view.
