The Buck & Hickman website features over 60,000 products. To help you find the product you want as quickly and efficiently as possible, the website features the latest in search engine technology. You can search for products in two main ways, using the Search box or Browsing the Online catalogue.
Search box
The standard search box enables you to search the site quickly for relevant products using the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN), Buck & Hickman Order Code or product name / description. Simply type whatever information you have available into the search box and the site will return the relevant results.
Using MPNs or Buck & Hickman order codes will generate the most accurate results. Entering descriptions/product names will return all/any products whose descriptions contain those keywords.
Browsing the Catalogue
You can also browse our Online catalogue and either 'drill-down' to the product you require by following a series of logical product hierarchies or use defined product attributes to find the product you require. If you click-on the main product categories on the home page the Online catalogue will display all the sub-categories that are linked to it.
The numbers in brackets relate to the number of products in those categories. Click on one of the sub-categories and all the products in that category will display for you.
Refining your search
If you want to refine your search further you can use our parametric search feature to select the specific product attributes you require e.g. length, diameter, material etc. Simply select ONE of the product attributes shown and the page will refresh filtering out any products that do not possess that attribute. You can then either go straight to the individual products displayed below the parametric search boxes or select another attribute to filter your results further.
At the top of your search results you will see red filter arrows. These allow you to sort the results by the required field in ascending/descending order.
Viewable area
You may find that you are searching for products that have a lot of varieties so need to display more results on your screen.
Simply select the relevent number of products you wish to display on screen next to 'SHOW'.
Please note that your site performance experience may be degraded due to your network speed, browser settings and PC/MAC Specification when viewing a large number of images simultaneously.
Lower Navigation
At the footer of each page you will always have access to the main catalogue categories as well as other quick-links for various site pages.
This footer navigation is always visible so that if you are viewing other pages such as products or promotional pages you benefit from a full screen experience.
The numbers in brackets relate to the number of products in that category.
