Registration

Registering on the Buck & Hickman website is quick and straight forward. You do not need to have a Buck & Hickman trade account to buy products from this site as you can also pay directly by credit/debit card. If however you do have a Buck & Hickman trade account you can place orders via this website and the goods will be charged to your trade account. 

To register with us for the first time click-on the Register link at the top of the page, on the right. The registration process is slightly different depending on whether you have a Buck & Hickman trade account or not.

If you have a Trade Account... 

Fill-in all you personal details in the boxes provided. You can also indicate whether you would like to receive promotions/catalogues from us or not. You must then tick the box marked 'I am a Trade Account holder'. If you don't do this you will not be linked to your Buck & Hickman trade account when you place orders via the web.

You will then be required to complete 3 key fields labelled: Account number, Customer ID, Invoice postcode. If you do not know these details please contact your local Buck & Hickman branch who will be happy to help. Once complete click-on the box marked 'Continue'.  

If you don't have a Trade Account...

Fill-in all you personal details in the boxes provided. You can also indicate whether you would like to receive promotions/catalogues from us or not. Once complete click-on the box marked 'Continue'.  

Setting-up your addresses

After you've submitted your information, you will be automatically logged in and taken to the My Account section. To speed up the order-placing process we recommend you set-up all of your key information, particurlarly addresses, straight away. Once this is done your details will be stored.

Trade account customers will see that all their key addresses (invoice address, delivery address and contact address) have already been populated. These details have been taken from your trade account. You cannot change these and if any details are incorrect you need to contact your local branch who will correct them for you. You can, however, add extra delivery addresses as you require.

Non-trade account customers can set-up as many addresses as they require. However, please note, you need at least one address set-up before you can place an order. You can also specifiy an alternative delivery address at the Checkout stage.
